Matt has 12 years experience as a real estate appraiser performing over a thousand appraisals in cities and towns throughout Northern California, with a combined value of over a billion dollars.

Matt’s career started with Smith and Associates as a trainee in 2009, where he was promoted through the ranks ultimately serving as the Director of Appraisal Operations for the East Bay Corporate Office. Matt is always focused on bringing the highest quality appraisals to clients on time, with exceptional customer service.
